Keep your phone close at hand with the SCI'CON Phone Handlebar Bag. It has a large, touch-sensitive window on top, so you can use your GPS or cycling app without removing your phone from the bag. Below the phone pocket, you'll find storage for other riding essentials and snacks. To protect it all from the elements, the bag features a waterproof rain cover that can be installed while riding, and tucked away when it's not needed. The bag attaches to the handlebar using three rubber-coated Velcro straps which hold the bag securely.
